        2.       We meet.  I’d like to see what you want sold, get a sense of what it means to you and what your expectations are of its value, and then assess what I believe I can do for you.  If we are in agreement, I’ll get to work.

        3.    I sell as much as I can, within your parameters, and send you a check for the net proceeds.  By the way you get the 60%!
